Instructions for this platform:

  • Once ready to RSVP, click the blue RSVP HERE button on the upper right.

  • Choose the correct ticket type for your company and your 2025 membership level. 

  • One ticket per registration.

  • Fill in your information, choose your meal (menu above) and process your payment.  That's it!

  • You will get an email confirmation for your registration - save this email.

  • IF you need to cancel your attendance prior to our cancellation deadline of the Friday prior to the event, you can do so directly from your email confirmation.  Your meal will be refunded, less the processing fee for this platform. 

    • How to cancel: click Manage Order from your email confirmation (found below the QR code).

    • Then click Refund/Cancel.

    • Check the box by your name to cancel.

    • Click Review, then process your cancellation.

  • Please note that if you choose the incorrect ticket category (i.e. a supplier registers as a travel advisor), your ticket will be canceled.  There are a certain number of supplier and travel advisor spots so we can ensure the correct balance of attendees for our host hotels.  If we do not do this, we will not have venues that want to host our group.  Thank you for your understanding.

  • If the correct ticket category for your company type is sold out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will process the waitlist in the order received, so the sooner you are on the list, the better chances you will have of getting in to the event.
